This
agreement entered into between Sublime Lawn Care and customer
named above commencing on today's date and continuing
thereafter as long as both parties are satisfied. Sublime Lawn
Care agrees to perform the below stated services at the address
above for a monthly fee determined by the quote provide to me.
I
understand that payment is due when services are rendered and
thereafter on the First Day of Every Month. Statements will
be sent via eMail or the U.S. Postal Service and are due upon
receipt. On yearly contracts, the monthly payments are computed
on a per-cut formula and divided into12 even monthly payments
based on the following service schedule:
March
- October: Weekly Service (35 cuts)
November - February: Twice a Month (8 cuts)
Complete
Annual Lawn Care Program: 12 months of Lawn Care Service
consisting of: •
39-42 complete cuts (Mow, Edge, Weed eat, and Blow clean
• 6 weed control and fertilizer treatments
• Trimming of all shrubs quarterly
• Weekly flower bed and weed maintenance
Edging
and trimming will be done as needed at the time of service to
maintain a clean looking lawn. Any extra services will be agreed
upon in advance between the customer and Sublime Lawn Care on
a per job basis. If you are not satisfied with the level of
service you are being provided, please notify Sublime Lawn Care
immediately so that we can correct this in a timely manner.

by Sublime Lawn Care.
This
agreement may be canceled at any time by either party within
the first 30 days at the then current ala carte prices for services
performed, exclusive of an initial clean-up charge, if any.
For cancellations after 60 days and before the end of the contract,
the customer will be assessed the remaining monthly fees as
the cancellation charge. This is because the monthly payments
are pro-rated for a full year of services in the Complete Annual
Lawn Care Program. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to
